Google has been beginning to carry out the dark mode theme for its Search app. The feature will be available on Android 10 and iOS 12 and older smartphones.

Today the company has begun rolling out the dark mode and it will reach more users by the end of this week. For several months, the functionality was part of the beta version.

If you got dark mode on your computer then it will appear in the default theme of your phone. If you don't like the dark mode then you will have the option to change it manually. You will need to open the Google Search app to change the theme, and then go to the Settings tab. You will need to pick general from the list from the menu and then scroll down to choose the style.

In March this year, the tech giant rolled out the dark theme mode to Google Play Store. The dark mode is available for Android smartphones and tablets in the Google Play Store.

Some users can go to the Settings menu under the Themes tab to allow dark mode. It is set to System default as always and you can change it to Dark or Light.
The company also announced at the time of roll-out that you would be able to use the dark mode theme in Google Play Store irrespective of the device you 're using. Google has also carried out the dark mode of its many other applications in the past.
