Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 has been widely stated to launch in the second half of 2020 alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series. This latest foldable phone is expected to see a large exterior display, a more compact foldable screen and, inter alia, a change in camera placements

A recent report indicates Samsung is working on another foldable smartphone – the Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite – and this one will be a more affordable folding phone with a price tag somewhere at $1,099 (approximately Rs. 82,800). In addition to the possible color options for the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, the specifications and design details of this new model have surfaced online.

Tipster Max Weinbach has leaked starting with the new Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite that the company is working on this new foldable phone that can be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC but lacks 5 G support. The Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite codenamed Winner2, is tipped to deliver 256 GB of storage. It will be available at the launch in Mirror Black and Mirror Purple color options and priced at $1,099 (approximately Rs. 82,800). The foldable system is expected to be constructed outdoors from aluminum and glass, and a mix of parts from 2018, 2019 and 2020 is stated to be incorporated. It is said that the main foldable display does not come with ultra-thin glass (UTG), so it could be something close to what the Samsung Galaxy Fold originally offered. Weinbach also states that the secondary external display would be small in size – identical to the one on the Galaxy Z Flip. He advises that all of the above-mentioned information should be taken more as a rumor than a leak, because this phone's information could change rapidly, since this is the first time we hear about it.
