Now that the iOS 14 developer beta, the newest iPhone operating system from Apple, is up and running, you can check all of the new iOS features including home screen widgets, a Translate app and image-in-picture capabilities. But the biggest difference for your selfie needs can be one smaller camera feature: a setting called the Mirror Front Camera.

Mirror Front Camera joins the "slofie" slow-motion selfie feature of the iPhone 11 to offer us a subtler — and I would say useful — selfie tool.(It should be remembered that this is one of the iOS 14 apps that has been available on Android for some time.) If you turn it on and flip to your front-facing camera, you'll take a picture that's your mirror image, instead of flipping it like normally the camera does. Many people find this disturbing, as the picture you take in the viewfinder does not suit the image you see in.
